Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Tallahassee, FL. The Outside Sales Representative will generate new business by prospecting residential and commercial customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling on-site consultations. The role includes conducting in-person sales presentations, assessing project needs, preparing and presenting estimates, and following up to close sales. The representative will maintain regular contact with clients, builders, and property managers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with project and operations teams, and representing the company at local events or networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong new business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Ability to deliver effective sales presentations, explain services clearly, and tailor proposals to client needs.
- Proven relationship building capabilities with homeowners, builders, and property managers to support long-term partnerships.
