What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Enterprise Resource Manager position at Seminole Tribe of Florida?
The incumbent in this position leads strategic and operational management of Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERP) supporting business applications and services. This role oversees mission-critical systems including Infor-Lawson, Oracle Fusions (ERP, HCM, EPM, FSM, SCM), UKG-Kronos (Time Management), Laserfiche (Document Content Management), and other enterprise SaaS ensuring they are scalable, secure, and integrated to meet business needs. The Senior ERP Manager partners with senior leaders across departments to convert business requirements into effective technology solutions and manage stakeholder expectations in a rapidly growing environment. As a senior member of the IT management team, the incumbent partners with leaders across Human Resources, Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, and Operations to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions, while guiding resource allocation, system enhancements, and cross-functional process improvements. The position also ensures adherence to applicable data regulations, including HIPAA and Data Sovereignty, and maintains strong stakeholder engagement to support reliable and compliant enterprise operations.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field is required. A minimum of seven (7) years of ERP leadership experience, including oversight of large‑scale implementations or ERP ecosystems and Security administration supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and related applications, including HR, Payroll, Finance and Supply Chain Management is required. Knowledge in relational database, Oracle Cloud Fusion, UKG-Kronos timekeeping, and Enterprise Document/Content Management systems is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Ability to translate customer needs into business requirements and in leveraging technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions. Ability to lead cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
