Seminole Powersports is one of Central Florida's premier Powersports dealerships, representing industry-leading brands including Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, and more. We are currently seeking an energetic, customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Assist retail customers in selecting parts, accessories, riding gear, and apparel
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and fitment
- Process parts sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain showroom displays, merchandising, and price labeling
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory management processes
- Work closely with the Service Department to support repair and maintenance needs
- Stay current on manufacturer product lines, accessories, and promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department environment
Qualifications
- Passion for powersports and the outdoor lifestyle
- Previous parts, retail sales, automotive, marine, or powersports experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and personal growth
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively
- Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
