Ready to shake things up and build something new? 🚀 Seminole Office Solutions is looking for a Director of Sales who’s energized by creating momentum, growing teams, and setting the pace for success. You’ll lead our imaging sales efforts while also helping expand our IT division (SemTech) with Managed IT, VoIP, and Cloud and Security solutions. This is your opportunity to revitalize and grow a sales organization with fresh energy and direction.
What You’ll Do
- Re-energize our sales department with fresh strategy and leadership, building on the foundation of our existing team
- Implement a structured sales rep training program to ensure reps excel in imaging and develop IT cross-sell skills
- Recruit and train reps to sell Managed IT, VoIP, and Cloud and Security solutions
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasts, and margins
- Partner with OEMs, leasing companies, and IT vendors to win business
- Ensure seamless customer onboarding with Service and IT
What You Bring
- 5 years in imaging/IT/technology sales, 3 years leading a team
- Experience building or rebuilding a sales department strongly preferred
- Track record of hitting quota, structuring leases, and developing teams
- Familiarity with Managed IT/VoIP/Cloud sales is a plus
- Strong leadership, coaching, and forecasting ability
