This Analyst role at the Hard Rock Support Service on the Financial Planning and Analysis team will primarily focus on providing administrative support for and analysis of Casino Marketing programs.

- Receive, review, and approve customer assignment workflow through Salesforce application.
- Perform analysis and implement periodic reoccurring customer assignment updates.
- Analyze results of assignment activity and compensation programs to provide insight and recommendations for continuing enhancement.
- Process, calculate and analyze compensation for Casino Marketing incentive programs.
- Create and maintain dashboards, recurring reporting, and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support Casino Marketing and related Finance department initiatives.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in the areas of Finance, Business, Hospitality or related field a plus.
- Exposure to Casino/Hotel industry and Casino Host function preferred.
- Experience with corporate structure that oversees multiple operating operations locations a plus.
- Computer and related software (Microsoft Office) necessary.
- Salesforce and/or Tableau experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas and functions (VBA familiarity preferred).
- Must possess the ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Successful candidates will possess good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
