Duties:
- Extend a genuinely friendly welcome to arriving guests
- Carefully and efficiently park, secure, and retrieve vehicles
- Respond helpfully to guest questions about the property, getting around and nearby happenings
- Graciously assist guests with issues arising out of the parking experience
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be a team player
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience helpful
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- You must have an excellent driving record, verified by a motor vehicle report
- Drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- be good with numbers
- be 18 years of age or older
- have a clean criminal background
- be available weekends/holidays
- The position requires continuous movement, full mobility, lifting up to 35 pounds, twisting and bending.
