Under the direction of the Facilities Shift Supervisor the incumbent; servicing guest and non-guest areas of the facilities
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
- Pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks, and pool furniture.
- Fills out maintenance request forms when task is complete and turns them in to the Maintenance Shift Supervisor.
- General cleaning of all Mechanical and equipment rooms.
- Knowledge of Seminole Casino Coconut creek’s policies, procedures and schedules to insure minimal interruption to business operations and to prioritize projects appropriately.
- Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
- Parking lot trash clean up and detail to include lakes and ponds and roof tops.
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Performs all other related and compatible/non-compatible duties as assigned.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- The casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You may be required to work on any of the days the casino is open including weekends and holidays.
