Job Description:
Under the supervision of Bingo Management, the incumbent will provide great customer service and supply Bingo paper when requested.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
May include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for supplying customers with requested bingo paper
- Provide information/answer customer questions about the bingo games operated by the Casino
- Verify Bingo card when "BINGO" is called by customer
- Follow proper procedures in opening and closing Bingo
- Maintains awareness of all Bingo floor activities
- Assists in ensuring compliance with federal currency reporting requirements
- Adheres to all Casino policies and procedures and internal controls
- Assists new customers in how to play the games
- Sells Bingo Specials game cards to customers
- Maintains/responsible for imprest Bingo banks
- Help settle customer disputes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to perform assigned duties in highly disruptive conditions.
- Ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have thorough knowledge of the principals and procedures of the games under supervision.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to do basic math quickly and accurately; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Must pass initial drug screening and random drug tests.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant interaction with the general public.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 20 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities that may be required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy.
