Hiring for Full-Time Weekend Doubles:
7:00 am - 11:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday
- Candidates must work two consecutive 16-hour shifts on the weekend to qualify for the Baylor program
Pay, Benefits and Perks of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN):
- $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying LPN candidates
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying RN candidates
- Baylor Pay - work 32 hours and be paid for 40 hours!

Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN):
- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
- The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
- Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
- Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
- Administers medications
- Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
- Documents that treatment as required
- Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN):
- Graduate of accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience is preferred
- Valid LPN or RN license for the state of Oklahoma
- Valid CPR certification
- Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
