Under the direction of the Slot Performance Manager, the incumbent will assist and support manager with operational responsibilities.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions
May include but are not limited to:
- Currency and ticket accountability
- Balance cash drawer
- Employee development
- Staffing and scheduling
- Management of all procedures and processes that support the slot operations
- Maintain the highest level of standards of guest player services
- Additional duties may be appointed by slots manager
- High School Diploma/GED
- Four to six years of experience in slot operations in a similar position preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Knowledgeable about all casino slot games.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Should be an effective trainer. Will be expected to train employees properly in slot operations.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills which include: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division specific to position responsibilities.
- Ability to compute discounts and percentages.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Proficient with keyboard, mouse, reading computer/machine screens, and operating handheld validation units.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to; use hands, reach with hands and arms, frequently lift up to 20 pounds, talk and hear. Also required are frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, hand-eye coordination, climbing steps and sitting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
- May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to public.
- The casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, often crowded and noisy.
