Entry-level job responsibilities can include:
- Outlining, editing, and arranging content
- Optimizing websites for SEO purposes
- Communicating with web publishers and freelance content writers
- Creating, running, and managing email marketing campaigns

Entry-level candidates will be assessed on their ability to work in a flat and lean organization and on small teams with inter-departmental communication, as well as on their ability to respond to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with accountability for deadlines. The candidate must have strong writing skills.
