Location: SEMI Milpitas Office
Status: Part-Time, Temporary
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (SF Bay Area candidates only)
Reports to: Director of Membership

This position is a temporary part-time, non-exempt role- 20 hours per week and reports to the Director of Membership. This position will be based out of Milpitas, CA office.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Customer Service Membership Representative to assist with the Renewal of annual membership, Retention & Recruitment (3R’s) of SEMI members. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with existing members while assisting in recruiting new members and addressing any membership-related inquiries.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
SEMI is the global industry association representing the electronics manufacturing and design supply chain, connecting over 3,000 member companies and 1.3 million professionals worldwide. SEMI members are responsible for the innovations in materials, design, equipment, software, devices, and services that enable smarter, faster, more powerful, and more affordable electronic products. - Reach out to existing expired members
- Respond to Incoming member interest forms
- Set appointments for Director of Membership presentations to non-member companies that have attended recent SEMI Events
- Conduct check-in calls on near future expiring members.
- Meet required number of member contact attempts to contact per shift
- Great customer service skills
- Strong communications skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office & Outlook- (experience using Teams a plus)
