HR Payroll & Benefits Generalist (Bilingual – Mandarin/English)

We’re building something big—and we’re looking for a detail-driven HR professional to grow with us. As an HR Payroll & Benefits Generalist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately, supported through competitive benefits, and set up for success.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural manufacturing environment and enjoys balancing payroll precision with employee support.
What You’ll DoPayroll & Timekeeping
- Support end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Review and validate timekeeping data; resolve discrepancies quickly
- Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries
Benefits Administration (Health Insurance)
- Manage employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
- Coordinate enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS/vendor systems
- Act as the go-to resource for employee benefits questions
- Reconcile benefits invoices and partner with Finance on billing accuracy
- Lead open enrollment support and employee communications
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations (COBRA, ACA, HIPAA)
Visa & Expat Support
- Coordinate visa and immigration documentation for expatriates from China
- Track and maintain accurate, confidential records
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors for timely processing
HR Operations
- Process HR-related invoices through the OA system
- Support reporting, audits, and day-to-day HR administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
What You Bring
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese & English (required)
- Experience in payroll, HR, or benefits administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Nice to Have
- Experience with full-cycle payroll and timekeeping systems
- Background in benefits administration or health insurance coordination
- Exposure to visa/immigration or expat support
- Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment
