Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and department leaders
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Welcome visitors, vendors, applicants, and guests
- Manage calendars, meetings, and conference room scheduling
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and expense reports as needed
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with document preparation and record organization
- Coordinate company meetings, employee events, and special projects
- Prepare conference rooms and common areas for customer visits, executive meetings, and client audits, ensuring facilities are organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
- Provide transportation for company guests, executives, and visitors, including airport pickups and drop-offs when required
- Coordinate miscellaneous errands and business-related tasks as assigned
- Assist with maintaining company apartments or guest housing, including coordinating laundry services, restocking supplies, and ensuring accommodations are prepared for arriving employees or visitors
- Maintain confidential company information and sensitive business documents
- Enter and maintain accurate information within various company systems
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing SEMCORP professionally
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to operate a company vehicle for business-related transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience supporting executive leadership
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with ERP or document management systems
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus, but not required
Additional Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to travel locally for airport transportation and business errands
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for executive visits, customer audits, or special company events
- Ability to work in both an office and manufacturing environment
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
