Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Business Development Associates. It is a multi-faceted role and an opportunity to learn the digital advertising and media industry from the ground up. The position is located in North Andover, MA. The Business Development Associate will be provided with hands on training in the required platform tactics for campaign set up and activation, client account management, customer success, Account identification and outreach. You will learn to respond and price client engagements and provide the front line support prior to campaigns going live. You will handle day-to-day current and new client support, account management, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing a pipeline of existing clients, identifying & building a new pipeline of prospects, resolving campaign planning issues, supporting the campaign operations team. Mostly, you will ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic planning.
