Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Write, reply to, and organize emails in a professional manner
- Scan, organize, file, and maintain company documents and records
- Prepare, pack, label, and arrange shipping packages
- Assist with receiving and checking incoming packages
- Pick up and deliver parts, documents, or packages to nearby suppliers and customers
- Help maintain an organized filing and document tracking system
- Support office staff with daily administrative tasks
- Assist with shop floor support tasks as needed
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
- Follow company procedures and help keep daily operations running smoothly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous office, administrative, shipping, or customer service experience preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to help where needed
- Valid drivers license required for local pick-up and delivery tasks
- Ability to lift and handle packages as needed
