Job Summary

Injen Technology is a Southern California-based cold air intake manufacturer and we’re looking for a talented and aggressive inside sales representative to come join our team. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in our growth objectives for 2026 and maintain our record for exceptional customer service. As an Injen Technology sales team member, you will service existing customers, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by calling on existing or new sales leads. You will also help answer inbound phone calls efficiently and effectively to meet customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all aspects of customer maintenance
• Work to become proficient with the company product line
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by forming a relationship and providing quality customer service
• Monitor customer accounts and make outbound phone calls to generate sales.
• Sourcing current and new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up, and outbound calls and emails
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate channels for further development and account set-up
• Represent the company professionally at various open houses, trade shows, and industry groups.
• Attend budgeted shows/local events when needed – to support the growth of the Injen brand and achieve a positive ROI via on-site order processing
• Answer incoming calls at the office, assisting customers and dealers with product questions, order status, and general inquiries
• Provide prompt, friendly phone support as a first point of contact, escalating issues to the appropriate team member when needed

Requirements

• Highly responsible, self-motivated and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, creative environment.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to meet agreed upon deadlines.
• Hands-on; proactive in nature.
• Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Proficient at basic computer programs, including MS Office products
• Ability to understand customer needs and requirements to provide relevant solutions
• Basic automotive mechanics knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Desire to succeed and grow with the company
• An understanding of math required for day to day sales is a plus
• College degree and previous sales experience a plus
