The Corporate Scheduler will report to the Corporate Scheduling Manager and work directly with project teams to create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all projects meet their deadlines effectively and efficiently. This role also collaborates with a dedicated team of schedulers, providing opportunities for support, mentoring, and skill-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to coordinate project timelines and ensure all schedules are aligned with project goals.
  • Track project milestones, forecast potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare schedule reports and updates as required by project leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in scheduling or project management.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft 365 is required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
