The successful candidate: This is a FT Hybrid (1month onsite, 1 month remote) position - Hours 8-4:30pm Contributes to the hospital delivery of optimum care by responsibly scheduling established patient care appointments. Performs telephone interactions and electronic functions to coordinate scheduling of patient care. Works in partnership with patients, caregivers, care teams, and providers to maintain accurate schedule/visit information, accurate billing and tracking functions, and support patient satisfaction and preferences.
