Under the direction of the Middle School Principal, prepare, maintain, modify and evaluate manual and automated scholastic records related to the enrollment or withdrawal of middle school students according to established policies and procedures; evaluate records and update files with class credits and grades; maintain and archive academic records; perform a variety of clerical duties.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and four years of clerical or secretarial experience involving frequent public contact. Resume 3 Letters of recommendation Typing Certificate - A minimum of 45 words per minute is required, and 60 words per minute is preferred. (required documents must be forwarded with your online application) District-paid medical, dental, and vision prescription plans are provided for employees and dependents.
Experience in school records, enrollment, student information systems, administrative support, or related educational office work.
