What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relationship Manager position at Selma's Cookies?
Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing relationships and keep in constant communication with long-term customers (especially local theme parks)
- Receive, enter, invoice, and distribute daily orders and delivery instructions to the production team
- Help to add top-line revenue by facilitating special orders as they come about
- Answer phone calls and greet walk-ins while serving as the front-of-the-house gatekeeper
- Manage common around-the-office type tasks including data entry, inventory management, and more
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and also in QuickBooks
- Possesses a strong sense of urgency so to be able to turn orders with short lead times
- Organization (especially regarding paperwork)
