What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Selma's Cookies?
- maintains various types of food processing/packaging and warehouse equipment such as but not limited to mixers, ovens, warmers, flow-wrappers, check-weighers, conveyors, sealers, scales, pallet wrappers, forklifts, etc.
- maintains various aspects of the facility and exterior
- manages a small fleet of delivery vehicles and contract service when necessary
- must be flexible, able to multitask, and have a strong sense of urgency
- must be willing, in very rare cases, to make local deliveries using company delivery trucks
- consults with offsite engineers to assist with troubleshooting, prioritizing, and dispatching
- must be willing to travel to sister bakery in DeLand, FL when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
