In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients will be crucial in driving our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Generate interest and excitement about our offerings through persuasive communication.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using Salesforce or similar software.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to ensure appointment confirmations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand product offerings and market needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment generation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade potential clients.
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology sales is a plus.
- Proficient in using software applications, including Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
