Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stellantis Dealership Warranty Administrator to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating communication between the dealership, manufacturers, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and promptly to manufacturers.
- Review warranty documentation for completeness and compliance with manufacturer policies.
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with service technicians, parts department, and manufacturers regarding warranty approvals or denials.
- Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor warranty expiration dates and ensure timely submissions to maximize benefits.
- Collaborate with the service department to verify repair procedures align with warranty requirements.
- Stay updated on manufacturer policies, procedures, and product recalls related to warranties.
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive dealership administration or warranty processing is required.
- Stellantis experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and service operations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in automotive administration is advantageous.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
