Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Florida and strong working knowledge of residential Real Estate and Real Property practices.
- Proven success in Sales, with experience mentoring, coaching, or training other real estate professionals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to model client-focused communication, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
- Comfort with real estate technology, CRM platforms, lead generation tools, and online marketing systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple agents’ needs while meeting brokerage goals and timelines.
- Commitment to ethical practice, fair housing principles, and maintaining a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
