Position: Experienced Real Estate Agent

(Ideal for agents with 1 years of closed transaction history.)

What You’ll Do?

As an experienced agent, you will:

• Manage and grow your book of business
• Conduct listing appointments, buyer consultations, and negotiations
• Use the brokerage’s technology suite for client follow-up
• Maintain a consistent prospecting routine using proven systems
• Leverage our marketing tools to win more listings
• Deliver high-level client service and professionalism

- Qualifications (Experienced Agents)

Required:

• Active Missouri or Kansas real estate license
• Minimum 1 year of experience OR several closed transactions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to self-manage and work independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools

Preferred:

• Experience with BoldTrail platform
• Past listing experience
• Knowledge of the Kansas City market
• Strong referral network or sphere of influence

- Compensation

This position is commission-based with a structure designed for producing agents:
