- Realtor Job Responsibilities
As a licensed Real Estate Agent at Sellstate, you’ll guide clients through every step of buying and selling homes across the Kansas City metro. Your day-to-day will include:
- Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with confidence
- Hosting open houses and property showings to attract qualified buyers
- Creating and maintaining MLS listings and marketing properties online
- Conducting market analysis to price homes competitively
- Coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and appraisers to ensure smooth closings
- Managing all real estate paperwork and compliance with state/federal laws
- Realtor Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Active Missouri Real Estate License (Kansas license a plus)
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of real estate contracts, forms, and regulations
- Marketing and social media skills to promote listings
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and transactions
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
