Job Summary
We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain internal applications, integrations, and automation. This is a hands-on role with clear ownership. You will ship useful increments quickly, then improve reliability, security, and maintainability over time.
Employment type: Full-time
Location: Rogers, AR (in person, 5 days/week)
Reports to: CTO
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Build internal web tools that support deal execution workflows, operations, and reporting
- Design and maintain API integrations across systems (REST, webhooks, and authentication patterns)
- Build and maintain n8n automations that move data reliably between tools
- Develop backend services in Golang, including APIs and background workers
- Develop front-end features in TypeScript
- Work with stakeholders to scope work, clarify requirements, and deliver production-ready solutions
- Improve reliability through logging, alerts, and monitoring for critical workflows
- Maintain clean documentation for systems you own
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience shipping production software as a full stack engineer
- Strong Golang experience building backend services and APIs
- Strong TypeScript experience building user-facing applications
- Hands-on experience building and supporting APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks, auth)
- Hands-on experience with n8n (or comparable workflow automation) in a production setting
- Comfort working with databases and writing practical SQL queries
- Experience using GitHub for source control and collaboration
- Ability to work in person in Rogers, AR 5 days/week
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with tools like Tailscale, [Fly.io](http://Fly.io), Linear, and Notion
- Experience building internal tools and integration-heavy systems
- Familiarity with SaaS systems commonly used in professional services
