About the Role
Selling North Georgia Realty is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the front line of our growing real estate office. This role is essential to delivering a professional, welcoming experience for clients while keeping daily office operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and naturally hospitable—someone who takes pride in creating a positive first impression and supporting a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to voicemails and text messages
- Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors in a professional manner
- Distribute incoming leads to agents accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and coordinate vendors for team meetings
- Track and manage inventory, including lockboxes and office supplies
- Send handwritten notes, marketing mailers, and client correspondence
- Pick up, sort, and file mail, receipts, and documents
- Run occasional local errands as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the real estate team
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming front office environment, including coffee bar setup and supplies
- Be available for occasional after-hours call or text response when required
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Comfort with basic office equipment and tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
