Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The sales representative position provides sales, merchandising and reporting coverage for an assigned territory of retail supermarkets. Monthly Auto allowance and Fuel card for use of personal vehicle. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening and have a clean driving record.
MUST LIVE GEOGRAPHICALLY IN THE AREA OF TERRITORY
Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Dawsonville, Gainesville, Cornelia, Commerce, Jefferson, Dawsonville, Cleveland, Athens, Covington, Madison, Greensboro and other surroundings cities
Responsibilities
- Visiting assigned accounts in a territory during a scheduled coverage cycle
- Building a rapport with store management teams
- Checking product distribution and gaining distribution on any missing authorized items
- Ensure clients products are set to approved planogram for that account
- Placement of new items in a timely manner
- Rotate client products, check code dates and adhere to customers reclaim policies on damaged and expired products
- Communicate clients and competitive information to store management team
Experience
- Experience in direct sales
- Background in sales with a focus on territory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have internet access
