Job Description

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking a Program Manager to work on our client's site in Washington, DC.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising senior leaders on defense policy and appropriation matters and track funding and language impacts on Navy programs and policies. and act as the SME for defense policy and appropriation matters. You will have ability to produce written documents for senior officials including briefing materials, legislative summaries, background papers and correspondence.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Government Contracting Officer and COR.
Ensure that the contractor’s performance meets all Government contracting requirements within cost and schedule.
Manage personnel, Government material and assets, and personnel & facility security

Job Requirements

Clearance Requirement:

Active Secret Clearance

Required Experience:

20 years of management experience with the Department of Defense (DoD)
Programmatic, Administrative, Financial, Information Technology tasks/support experience

Required Education:

Post-graduate degree in a technical or management related area desired

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management desired

Salary information below is a general guide only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as business and market considerations.

Salary Range: $142,000 - $152,000
