Job Description

We are seeking a Budget & Financial Manager to join our team in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee budget planning and processes.
Review and approve individual/team budget requests.
Allocate funds to different functions, projects, individuals, etc.
Analyze budget spending.
Optimize budgets based on spend data and performance.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Experience:

Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP), the Program Budget Information System (PBIS), and the Standardized Accounting and Reporting System (STARS)
Experience managing and executing at least three of the following appropriations: O&MN, RDT&EN, OPN, SCN funds (or other service equivalent funds)

Education:

15 years of experience in management and execution of DoD budgets 
Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial area

Clearance:

Active Secret Clearance

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)

Travel %

0 - 10%
