Warehouse Worker/Forklift Operator - Tallahassee, FL
Summary:
Dependable and reliable person to effectively assist clients along with receiving, stocking, and shipping materials to improve production flow while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes shipments by processing and loading orders
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders
- Pulling materials
- Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Stacking pallets
- Loading trucks and trailers
- Placing orders in delivery area
- Unload inbound deliveries and place product in designated areas
- Prepare and complete any corresponding paperwork
- Any other necessary duties not listed to maintain business flow
Skills and Capabilities:
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Able to communicate with a variety of people
- Able to work within a team when needed
- Able to work independently when needed
- Dependability is a must
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer skills or ability to learn
- Willingness to take initiative and be a go-getter
Required Qualifications:
- Forklift certification preferred, but not required
