The Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to join their growing team in Mississippi. In this role, you’ll generate new business, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored risk management solutions to businesses of all sizes. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while building a rewarding career.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, network, and build a pipeline of commercial clients across MS.
• Present customized insurance solutions, including property, liability, workers’ compensation, and more.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, developing long-term client relationships.
• Create proposals and clearly explain policy options, terms, and pricing.
• Stay current on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
• Report regularly on sales performance and account activity.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid Property & Casualty License
• 5 years of commercial lines experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain a book of business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively.

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Broad knowledge of commercial insurance markets.
