Overview:
Our success has opened an opportunity in our hr department for a knowledgeable human resources manager. Previous experience with construction workforce desired. This position will be responsible for taking the human resource department to new levels. Compliance, Recruiting, Employee management.

Duties include:
Manage training records including OSHA, MSHA, FMCSA, fmla, workman's comp for hr department.
Coordinate with HR admin on scheduling interviews, pre-hiring processes, e-verify, backgrounds, necessary DOT requirements, and drug screen coordination.
Ensure coaching and discipline policies are followed and recorded.
Prepare performance evaluations to help stay on schedule.
Contribute to higher level projects in the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, management or related field. SHRM a plus!
- Experience in human resources functions including knowledge applicable laws and regulations
- Must have tactful communication and listening skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and finish all task to completion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
