Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking aOperations Research Analyst (ORSA)to work in Pensacola, FL.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in support the analysis of Manpower, Personnel, and Training, (MPT) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) in support of CTC curriculum development and execution.
Job Responsibilities-
Provide program management support, including analysis, oversight, and technical advisory services across multiple projects

Assistin defining programobjectives, requirements, and success metrics

Interface with senior government technical and administrative personnel, as well as contractor teams
-
Identifyand define data requirements to support program decision-making
-
Collect,validate, and analyze data to develop integrated conclusions and actionable insights

Develop andmaintainprogram planning timelines, schedules, and execution tracking tools
-
Track program execution, including financial performance and expenditures
-
Prepare program status reports, including financial, technical, and schedule updates

Support development of:
-
Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
-
Milestone Decision Briefs andtemplates
-
Implement data-driven recommendations to support programobjectivesand strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in/or:Operations Research,Engineering,Mathematics,Data Science,Economics or related field

3-8 years of relevant experience in program analysis, operations research, or DoD support environments

Experience supporting government programs or defense-related initiatives
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, R, or similar)

Ability to develop briefings, reports, and executive-level deliverables

Strong communicationskills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Operations Research, Systems Engineering, or related field

Experience supporting NAVSEA, DoD, or Federal programs

Familiarity with:
