3. Location Requirement: Success in this role requires a consistent local presence. This position is only suitable for candidates currently based in the Cambridge area. If your daily commute exceeds 1.5 hours, this role may not be the best fit.
4. High-Intensity Performance: This is a demanding, high-activity position. Top-performing representatives typically achieve 15–20 high-quality client interactions per day, which requires a total daily visit volume of 20 clients.
5. Data Discipline: You are required to update all client interactions and insights in our CRM system daily. This ensures we have a precise understanding of client needs.
Compensation & Earnings
We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward high-activity field sales:
- Base Fee: $5,000 per month
- Commission: 5% uncapped commission on all sales revenue generated within your assigned territory.
- Total Earnings: Monthly Total = $5,000 5% Commission.

- Territory Mastery: Explore and manage a designated territory within Cambridge, identifying key labs and research projects.
- Relationship Building: Transition from "cold visiting" to becoming a trusted resource for scientists by understanding their experimental timelines and funding cycles.
- Strategic Intelligence: Gather insights from lab managers, post-docs, and PIs to build a full picture of the lab's upcoming needs.
- Consistent Growth: Use the CRM to track your progress and work with a Senior Manager to refine your sales approach based on daily field data.
