Selle Royal USA Inside Sales Representative:
Our Selle Royal USA Team in San Clemente (CA), is looking for an Inside Sales Representative, to support the IBD Sales Manager as well as the whole sales team by managing relationships with B2B clients (retailers), driving sales growth, and ensuring product distribution meets high-quality standards. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners, driving sales growth and ensuring excellent service.
Process and manage orders accurately in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date contact information across territories.
Research accounts and expand prospects within assigned territories, identifying key players and generating interest.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and technical specifications to support informed purchases.
Handle inbound sales calls, addressing inquiries and generating leads.
Analyze sales data using Power BI to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Identify and communicate efficiency improvements to enhance customer service and operational processes.
Monitor sales reports to ensure targets are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
YOUR SKILLS:
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with a focus on relationship building.
Familiar with CRM tools and data analysis tools (Power BI).
Familiarity with Shopify and SAP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Sport and biking passion & knowledge is a plus.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
2 years in inside sales or customer service, ideally within the cycling or sporting goods industry.
