The Ideal Candidate: You are disciplined, focused, and possess a "team-first" mentality. You understand that Michelin-level cuisine is a choreography of precision and timing. You strive for excellence in every sear, sauce, and garnish, taking feedback as a vital growth opportunity.

  • Experience: 2 years of high-end line experience (Chef de Partie, Lead Line Cook, or Sous Chef) in a Fine Dining environment is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge: Deep foundational knowledge of culinary techniques, seasonal ingredients, and flavor profiles.
  • Availability: Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings. (We create magic when the sun goes down!)
  • Credentials: Valid Food Handler Card, reliable transportation, and aged 18 .
  • Mindset: A positive, attentive, and hospitable spirit with an insatiable willingness to learn and teach.

The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you are the engine of our core values: Hospitality, Excellence, Teamwork, Impact, and Pride. You will maintain a pristine station, execute complex dishes to exact specifications, and engage with our guests in our unique open-kitchen "theatre" environment. You ensure every detail—from the prep to the final plate—is perfect.
