Are you passionate about design, obsessed with the details, and love creating picture-perfect spaces? We are a successful home staging company looking for a stager to add to our team in transforming properties into beautifully staged homes that sell.
Location: 14122 Mead St, Longmont
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM (hours vary seasonally on install days)
Start Date: January 2, 2025
Compensation: Based on experience performance.
Employment Structure: Position begins as 1099 contractor, with a 90-day review for transition to employee status.
Location Requirements
Applicants must live within 30 miles of our warehouse for reliable commute times.
We stage regularly from north Denver to Fort Collins — South Denver is too far for efficiency, and time lost in traffic impacts installation flow.

We're looking for someone who loves design, thrives on fast-paced work, and finds joy in creating spaces that buyers instantly connect with. This is a hands-on, physical role working directly with our Lead Stager on installs, styling, and warehouse organization.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist and collaborate with Lead Stager on installs destages
Pull curated furniture decor for each project
Execute layout styling with precision — flow, scale buyer psychology in mind
Steam bedding, hang art, perfect pillows style accessories photo-ready
Adapt quickly to changing schedules tight turnaround timelines
Protect inventory — wrap, pack, load transport carefully
Maintain an organized warehouse track inventory
Problem-solve creatively take pride in every detail of the finished look
Ideal Candidate Has
Strong eye for design scale
Detail-driven — a "detailist" at heart
Ability to take direction execute a vision clearly
Positive energy, teamwork, and pride in results
Physically comfortable lifting up to 40lbs, moving assembling furniture
Valid driver's license and ability to drive staging van
Experience in staging, design, furnishings, or retail is a plus — not required
