Full-Time General Laborer (4-Day Workweek) – Sandpoint, ID

Selkirk Stone is hiring a full-time General Laborer to support our stone veneer manufacturing team in Sandpoint, Idaho.

This is steady, physical, hands-on work in a production environment. If you prefer staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in a finished product, this could be a good fit.

Pay: Starting at $18/hour
There is room for growth in this role, with pay increases tied to performance, consistency, and contribution to the team.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek)

What the Job Looks Like

You’ll be part of a small production team responsible for creating and packaging manufactured stone.

Daily work includes:

• Removing finished stone from molds and preparing it for packaging
• Applying color to molds and checking for quality standards
• Operating a forklift (we will train the right person)
• Keeping your work area clean and organized

This is active, repetitive work in a dusty and sometimes noisy environment. You’ll be on your feet most of the day.
