Responsibilites:
- Receive, process & post daily payments
- Assist with monthly client reconciliations
- Merge/mail correspondence
- Scanning and data entry
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Personal Characteristics:
- Detail Oriented
- Organized
- Proficient in task follow-up/completion & time management
- Ability to Multi-Task
Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Education:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (a plus, but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
