What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant to the Intermediate School Principal position at Selinsgrove Area Intermediate School?
The Selinsgrove Area School District is seeking applicants for one (1) Administrative Assistant to the Building Principal at the Intermediate School with an emphasis on reception of building visitors, ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, and record keeping. Qualifications are as follows: proficient in the use of multiple software programs including Excel and MS Word; the ability to learn web-based Student Information System program and other web-based programs; strong written and verbal communication skills; and, the ability to work with the public and intermediate school students. This is a twelve (12) month, 7.5 hours per day, medical/dental benefit eligible position. The successful applicant will be required to obtain/provide current Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances.
