About the Role
We are looking for a highly responsible and organized Office Assistant to support our attorneys and keep our firm running efficiently. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential financial information.
This is an in-person role (5 days per week to start), with the potential for hybrid work (1-2 days remote) over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support : Answer calls, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize events for staff and clients.
- Office & Operations Management : Keep the office organized, handle mail and deliveries, and manage office supplies.
- Financial & Billing Support : Manage accounts payable / receivable, assist with client billing, invoicing, and track expenses.
