Selfreliance Federal Credit Union is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Training & Development Specialist to join our team to help drive employee development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
This role is responsible for building effective training programs, managing employee onboarding, writing clear internal procedures, and acting as a liaison between the IT and Member Services departments - especially during system or technology upgrades.

- Develop and deliver training: design and lead onboarding and ongoing training programs based on staff needs, including supporting new systems and technology rollouts.
- Create and maintain procedures: collaborate with IT, Member Services, and vendors to document and update internal procedures for products, services, and systems.
- Support employee development: assess training needs, manage learning resources, and promote a culture of continuous learning to ensure exceptional member service.
Education & Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Ukrainian required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Experience developing training programs and operations procedures preferred.
