The Selfreliance Association is looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and driven Immigration Lawyer to join our mission-oriented team. This is a great chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families navigating the complex immigration system. The annual salary is $75,000, and benefits are included.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert legal counsel to clients on matters related to U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
- Prepare immigration related forms and applications as well as other immigration-related services as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest changes in immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
Who Are You:
- An attorney licensed in Illinois with an Illinois Bar ID in good standing with experience in U.S. immigration law.
- Deeply committed to social justice, client advocacy, and community empowerment.
- An excellent communicator with substantial research and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with a diverse client base and in a fast-paced environment.
