Selfie Leslie is a fast-growing fashion company operating across wholesale and eCommerce channels. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our U.S. warehouse team in Vernon, CA. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth inbound operations.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Receiving Associate is responsible for managing inbound shipments, verifying product accuracy, and maintaining inventory integrity within our warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate has strong warehouse experience, clear communication skills, and is comfortable working with technology in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments against purchase orders
• Verify quantities, SKUs, and product quality
• Accurately enter and update data in warehouse systems (PeopleVox, FX5)
• Communicate with internal teams via email and Microsoft Teams
• Maintain organized receiving area and ensure proper stock placement
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2 years of warehouse receiving experience required
• Experience in fashion/apparel warehouse preferred
• Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level)
• Experience with PeopleVox, FX5, or similar WMS systems
• Strong written communication skills (email and messenger platforms)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Android devices
• Certified or experienced in operating a forklift and pallet jack
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
