Qualifications
- Experience in Treatment Planning and creating personalized therapeutic goals for clients
- Knowledge in Social Work and Case Management processes for providing client support
- Proficiency in Family Therapy and understanding of relationship dynamics
- Formal training or experience in Psychology, including clinical and behavioral approaches
- Active licensure or certification (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, or LPC) is required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work compassionately with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in an outpatient or community care setting is preferred
