Position: AA Self Storage is seeking a full time Assistant Manager for our facility in Henderson, NC. The ideal candidate would possess a positive attitude and enjoy providing excellent customer service. We want a self-motivated individual with customer service experience, retail or property management experience, and is a team player. This is a full-time position. Our offices are open Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM, and CLOSED Sunday. Pay starts at $15 per hour or based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
First point of contact for new and existing customers
Inputting customer information accurately for lease agreements, payments, move outs, and auctions
Handling and balancing of cash, cards, checks and money orders daily
Maintaining the facility’s Pristinely Clean policy, which includes inside and outside of the facility:
Picking up trash, cutting locks, vacuuming, dusting, etc.
Preparing daily and weekly reports in Microsoft Excel and Word
Attention to detail and accuracy when performing all job responsibilities
Job Requirements:
Ability to present yourself professionally at all times
Excellent customer service skills when dealing with new and existing customers, whether it be over the phone, in person, or via email
Experience in handling cash, cards, checks, and money orders
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Gmail)
The capability to thoroughly learn the storage software programs during the 90-day training period
Physically able to perform cleaning and upkeep of the facility (inside and out)
Two years of work experience in customer service. Previous experience in property management is a plus
Flexible with schedule and the ability to work Saturdays
At times able to work under little to no supervision
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
Must be reliable with a valid Driver's License
Clean background check and drug test
Pay: $15 per hour or based on experience
