Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their storage needs, and present tailored storage solutions to MAXIMIZE sales opportunities.
- Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting customers, identifying sales opportunities, processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Manage lease or rental agreements efficiently, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards such as landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving conflicts professionally, and upselling additional storage units or services when appropriate.
- Maintain filing systems, perform data entry tasks, and handle administrative duties such as phone etiquette and document management to streamline operations.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
